AccuCore ™ POLAR Premium

El grupo funcional polar Amida usado para el bloqueo de la fase AccuCore™ POLAR Premium ofrece un mecanismo de interacción controlada adicional  por el que pueden retenerse y resolverse compuestos polares, permitiendo su cuantificación a nivel de trazas.

AccuCore™ POLAR Premium es una fase extremadamente robusta con una selectividad complementaria a otras fases C18 estándar con una Alta Retención Hidrofóbica (Factor HR).

La humectabilidad de las fases reversas puede incrementarse mediante la introducción de grupos funcionales polares. El bloqueo polar de AccuCore™ POLAR Premium permite el uso de fases móviles 100% acuosas sin pérdida de prestaciones o colapso de fase en un amplio rango de pH.

Para que una columna tenga una gran vida útil se necesita la Estabilidad Mecánica de la Fase y una Química estable: las columnas para HPLC Accucore™ con tecnología CET, gracias al control riguroso control de la partícula y del proceso de empacado poseen una excelente estabilidad mecánica. Su avanzada química de enlace crea fases robustas altamente resistentes a los efectos del pH y temperatura.

Turmeric es una especie popular, un agente colorante, y un ingrediente de la medicina tradicional Ayurvédica, extraída de la raíz de Curcuma domestica. Sus principales componentes bio-activos son los pigmentos amarillos curcumina, desmetoxicurcumina y bis-desmetoxicurcumina con otros curcuminoides menores. AccuCore™ POLAR Premium ofrece la adecuada selectividad para resolver los componentes mayoritarios y minoritarios en simples condiciones isocráticas en unos 3 minutos, mientras que una C18 es incapaz de resolver estos compuestos.
